Guides put the manager unlock at level 55 and the hire at 2.5 million cash. That is a late purchase. Buying it early starves stoves, seats, and training.
How the level actually moves
The same write-up says account level is the sum of five tracks: service, cooking, cleaning, farming, and ranching. Grinding one skill and ignoring the others is the slow path. A floor that cooks, clears plates, harvests, and runs animals is also the floor that pays for the 2.5M.
Useful early pieces of that floor:
- Wheat at a reported 40-second grow cycle for frequent farming XP.
- Enough sinks that cleaning XP does not stall. One layout note suggests a large ring of basic rusty sinks while you are still pushing level.
- A tight animal pen. Cows are described as fine in a small 2x2 space, so ranch XP does not need a huge pasture.
- Parallel work. If only the cook is busy, four of the five tracks are idle.
When to buy
Save the 2.5M after the compact service loop and the farm both run without you standing on every station. The manager is automation on top of a restaurant that already functions. If plates are still backing up, spend that cash on a cook, a waiter, or training breakpoints instead. Role details stay on the manager entry.
